<'http://www.caramoan.coI got a really nice leather office chair for my house, but within a few weeks, it started squeaking when rocking. This has happened to me with all my other desk chairs with the rocking function. The squeak seems to be coming from the spring that allows the chair to rock (the one you tighten or loosen, depending on how you like it), but the spring is entirely covered by the plastic knob used to tighten it. Since it’s covered, I can’t really get to it with WD40, even when using that straw thing it comes with. I’m not overloading the chair, since I only weigh 170 lbs, so I’m not quite sure what to do about the squeak.

I want to read 12 books. I tried the odyssey by Homer last year and I hated it! Couldn’t stand the language in which it is written. LMAO. As well, I am doing more weight training & running this year(did u know that jumping rope is way more crazier than running?) and eating way more healthy. Eating 5 – 7 times a day is torture yo but I gotta do it! 3yrs ago I was like 99% successful in cutting out whole milk white sugar, white bread & fast food. I want to do more charity have stronger fortitude, have more faith & hope in mankind than last year but not as much as next year. May you & yours have a successful new year!

this is the first year that I’ve set goals rather than resolutions. A few of the things on my list includes earning 30 credit hours, completing my CPA exam application to take exam in 2014, participate in a marathon, watch 25 award winning movies and read 25 books.

I’m an avid reader, so the books wont be difficult to accomplish but I would like to diversify the books I read. And in terms of the movies, I think I’ve seen any of the movies nominated let alone winning an academy award, so this will certainly be a challenge for me.

I actually started my list when I turned 38 in August. A few things I’d like to do before my next birthday: take a photography class, go horseback riding, improve my tennis game, visit Houston and attend a blog conference.
