I have been busy celebrating being 40 and I am finally back at Casa 1969. I managed to fit in sunshine, swimming, cookouts and a trip home to NYC all in the last few days.
I spent lots of quality time with Mr. 1969 and the Talis and then I left them and had some much needed girl time with my best friend in Brooklyn. We had a fabulous dinner in Brooklyn and had a day filled with talking, reconnecting and fit in a little pedicure time. Love you C-Money!!!
Of course though….I had to return today and enjoy my last day off. I will be headed out to jog on Lincoln Drive in the next hour or so. I will probably end up cleaning my house and doing laundry but I will be doing it all with the sounds of Maxwell’s new album blasting in my house. IT IS FINALLY HERE. It’s been eight years people…..and I have already downloaded it for the morning run.
Bad Habits and Cold? Yeah baby….my man is back.
