That fabric looked like it was selected from Joann’s or Hancock’s home decor department… it was awful. I know sometimes you have to make your mother happy, but not on the biggest fashion night of the year! I agree, she has done that silhouette to death! I didn’t like her ponytail or her makeup either. BUT, her performance with Hugh was fantastic! I think she should do Broadway now.

I personally hate that fish mermaid shape. Poor B, she probably just sucks it up as something she has to deal with. If it were a solid color, it may have been more acceptable, but like Erica B said, it does look like home decor, from the 80′s. Jay probably told her, you always look good in mama Tina’s stuff…then shook his head…..

She was wearing her diamond because she hoped we wouldn’t realize her dress totally looked like curtains. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt since she didn’t have the Lion King hair on display, but when even my husband said, “That’s ugly!” I knew there was no saving the outfit.

i liked slumdog okay but didn’t think it was oscar worthy. that dress, however, are not.
