Mr. 1969 summoned everyone upstairs yesterday afternoon at approximately 3:58pm.
The scene: The Tali’s room. Water splashed all over the floor.

It seems that Sunny the fish died from apparent tainting of his fish tank and suffocation. Upon further examination of the fish bowl contents, one rubber eraser and half a box of kleenex were exhumed with the body.
The Suspect:
TALI 1. The suspect has several aliases. “Cupcake Smasher” “the Hulk” “Fish Killer”
Upon questioning, the suspect broke down and repeatedly said “I SOWWWY. YOU NOT OPPOSED TO TOUCH A FISH!”
The suspect was accosted at the crime scene by the fish’s next of kin
Next of kin confronted the suspect stating “You murdered Sunny. WHY TALI? WHY? Why did you hurt the fish? He was my best friend. YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO KILL STUFF.”
Suspect responded: ”I SOWWWY. YOU NOT OPPOSED TO TOUCH A FISH!”
Memoral Services were conducted for Sunny the Fish who had a water burial. He is survived by his Mommy, 1969, his Daddy Mr. 1969, his big brother Tali 1 and the Fish Killer, Tali 2.

I’m representing Tali 2 and need to confer with my client immediately. I need to know that the crime scene has been preserved and an autopsy on the victim has been ordered.
My client is innocent until proven guilty. As he repeatedly stated, “You not opposed to touch the fish.” This proves he might NOT have touched the fish.
I rest my case.

I’m with Tali…it was an accident. He gave him the SPONGEBOB eraser to play with…see he was smart enough to use a spongebob eraser. And he thought the tissue would save the fish some kinda way. It definitely wasn’t a malicious killing. Can’t we downgrade to a manslaughter charge?

Fish sucks as pets. In fact, I have killed plenty in my youth because they just don’t live very long, and it doesn’t help that they are easy to forget about, lol. I even had a fish as an adult that was given to me and he died the next day. I feed him and cleaned his water, and the fish still died on me. Therefore, Tali 2 should be exonerated because fishes are not durable pets.
How about a bird? lol I had one as a kid and mine was able to survive neglect and pure bird ignorance for a couple of years. I had a Budgie.

I bought some fish for my classroom and I didn’t know you couldn’t run regular tap water into the bowl. They lasted 3 days.
